My journey as an immigrant– from Manila to Orange County to NYC – has taught me the importance of adaptability and inner strength in the face of change. For a decade, I brought that understanding to my leadership, strategic operations, and talent development work at Google and Spotify, coaching tech leaders from middle management to VP level.

Now, I empower the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and career pivoters to navigate their own unique journeys with resilience and courage. Drawing from my own experience, I specialize in coaching immigrants and children of immigrant parents, helping them leverage their unique authenticity as a powerful asset in the workplace and their community. My expertise in talent acquisition further refines my ability to identify and cultivate potential, providing a strategic edge to my coaching.
